"Support Made It Easy"
I had an issue with my online order and expected it to turn into a whole headache, because that’s usually been my experience with this kind of thing. But their support team got back to me really quickly and fixed it without making me jump through hoops. I’m probably a bit biased because I really value fast customer service, but this left a great impression on me.

"Really relaxed spot for a casual meal"
Went to TGI Fridays with a few friends the vibe was just really nice. It was busy, but not in that overwhelming way, like, you could still talk without shouting, and the music was actually good. The whole place just felt relaxed. The staff seemed happy too, which I know sounds like a small thing, but it really does make a difference. It’s a good spot if you want somewhere casual, nothing too fancy, just somewhere you can hang out and feel comfortable the whole time

"Good cocktails for the price"
A friend recommended this spot, so we decided to check it out. The cocktails were actually really decent and not too pricey either. Overall, we were happy with what we paid.

"Pretty Good Ribs, Just a Bit Pricey"
I ordered the signature ribs from tgifridays they were good. The sauce had a nice flavor and the meat was tender enough, so I can’t say I didn’t enjoy it. The fries weren’t nothing special, just okay. Portion size was decent, but it did feel a little expensive for what you get. Still, I liked it overall and I’d probably order it again.

"Easy Dinner Pickup"
I ordered dinner through tgifridays.com the other night, and it was a smooth experience. I picked my food, placed the order, and the pickup time they gave me was close enough to when it was actually ready. When I got there, everything was waiting, so I didn’t have to stand around. The only small annoyance was that the menu took a little while to load, but other than that, it was easy and convenient.

"Consistently good spot"
Been here a few times now, and the food’s been consistently good every visit. Staff are usually chilled, and never end up waiting too long either

"So Many Options I Almost Got Lost"
I like ordering from TGI Fridays because there’s a lot on the menu. Burgers, wings, pasta, salads, desserts… like, I opened it thinking I’d make a quick decision and then got a little confused because there were so many choices. But in a good way, I guess. It makes dinner easier when everyone can find something they want, and I don’t have to overthink it too much. Overall, I’m happy with the options.

"I was a little skeptical after I paid…"
I was a little skeptical after I paid, since I’ve had bad experiences before where everything suddenly gets quiet once they have your money. But this went smoothly. There was no waiting around, the process moved faster than I expected, and I actually felt like they stayed on top of things after payment.

"Easy Ordering Overall"
Not gonna lie, ordering through the app was easy, and the website loaded just fine too. The menu was simple to browse and didn’t feel confusing at all. The only small thing was that checkout felt a little slow one time, but it wasn’t a big deal.

"Super Convenient Location"
I really like that the TGI Fridays near me is right off the main road and close to a bunch of other shops. It makes it very convenient to stop in after running errands or to meet up with friends without having to drive all over the place. Parking has also been easy every time I’ve gone, which is always a plus. Overall, it’s just a solid spot for a quick and casual dinner

"Just the Right Portion"
I’m picky about meal portions because I like to feel satisfied without being overly full, and this one hit that standard for me. The size was really good, I finished feeling full but not stuffed. I’d definitely order it again.

"They Handled It the Right Way"
I had a small issue with my order, but the manager got back to me quickly and actually listened. They didn’t make it awkward or turn it into a big hassle, they just did the decent thing and sorted it out. I really appreciated being treated like a person, not a problem.

"Decent dinner, but could be cleaner"
Went here for dinner and it was mostly okay. The staff was nice and the food came out fine, so no big complaints there. But the place just didn’t feel as clean as it should’ve. The tables looked like they’d been wiped down, but they were still kind of sticky, and there was some trash sitting near the booths. The bathroom also could’ve used more attention. Not saying it’s a scam, but for a sit-down dinner, I definitely expected the place to feel a little tidier overall.

"Decent food, but order was off"
i mean, the food showed up on time, so that was good, but my order wasn’t totally right. They forgot one of my sides and gave me the wrong sauce. The main meal tasted fine, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but it’s still frustrating when you pay extra and feel like you have to double-check everything

"Nice Busy Spot Without the Noise"
It was busy, but not in that overwhelming, crazy loud way. I mostly notice stuff like whether I can actually hear the person I’m with, and I could talk with my friend really easily. The music was at a good level too. Overall, just a really nice night.

"The food itself was totally fine…"
The food itself was totally fine, but the packaging kind of turned the whole thing into a tiny disaster scene. One of the boxes got a bit soggy, and there was sauce leaking into the bag like it had staged a breakout. It wasn’t terrible or anything, and I’d still say the meal was okay, but the packaging definitely needs some work.
